Talagang masisipag tayong mga Pinoy, we always find a silver lining in every situation. Akala yata ni COVID eh mananatili lang tayong naka tunganga at maghihintay ng vaccine.
– NO WAY!!! Masisipag ang mga PINOY!!!
Now konting balanse lang, sa ating kasipagan huwag kalimutan ang ating ultimate MOTIVATION. Para hindi tayo mapang hinaan ng loob or ma FRUSTRATE kapag hindi naging OK ang araw natin, or kapag mahina
ang benta..
Minsan sobrang sipag natin pero sobrang wasted din natin at the end of the day, and we don’t get to enjoy the FRUIT OF OUR LABOR. Wala na tayong time sa family natin.
Minsan naman yung kasipagan natin ay para ma please lang yung mga taong gusto natin mapansin ang effort natin,
kaya pag hindi tayo na appreciate sa effort natin – BAD TRIP tayo.
Nawawala tuloy yung JOY ng LABOR natin.
Kaya a piece of advice sa mga kapwa ko mang gagawa para maiwasan nating ma frustrate despite our effort magsipag. Sundin natin ang payo ni
Apostle Paul sa:
COLOSSIANS 3:23-24
“Whatever you do, WORK at it WITH ALL YOUR HEART,
as WORKING FOR THE LORD, not for human masters,
since you know that you will receive an inheritance from the Lord as a reward. it is the Lord Christ you are serving.”
1. Work hard – do everything with excellence, ibigay mo lahat-lahat when you work Huwag yung ningas cogon lang. Don’t try to COMPARE with others. STOP complaining, lalo na yung WHINING. Just finish the job entrusted to you.�
2. Do it for GOD – Work becomes worship when we acknowledge God’s presence in our workplace. So kahit hindi naka tingin Boss mo, you have the fear of the Lord kase aware ka sa Presence Nya kase OMNIPRESENT si LORD>. (kaya hindi ka mag-uuwi ng “cocomband” or xerox machine)�
3. Expect Eternal reward – don’t just focus on the temporal stuff, dapat BIG TIME ka mag-isip, You may not get that promotion you are longing, you may not be recognized for all your hard work, your officemate maybe a credit grabber sa mga ideas na galing sayo, you maybe a victim of the politics sa office nyo, but it doesn’t matter to you because you have
a different motivation. It far transcends this earth, it is not measured by pesos and org chart’s ladder. Because you are serving a BOSSING who is JUST and a Generous Rewarder.
So there’s joy inside you every time you work.
